Recycling of Hazardous Scrap

Hazardous Waste can be recycled through reuse, reclamation, bruning for energy, and disposal through use. Recylying hazardous waste help conserve resources , reduces pollution, and save energy. We have MPCB authorized and concent to Recycle Hazardour Scrap.

Washing Cleaning of Durm & IBC’s

We are MPCB authorised and approved Drum & IBC Reconditioning Facility in Maharashtra. Used Empty Drums / IBCS are mainly collected from the Paint, Industrial, Chemical and Oil sectors. We w safely remove the Chemical and Oil Residues in the containers collected from Factories and cleanse them in our in-house approved treatment facility with strict compliance to local regulated standards. The used drums or IBCs are cleaned and washed using high pressure hot water and bio-friendly solvent. Once the cleaning process is completed, the drums, IBCs are inspected and leak tested to ensure complete decontamination and for continued safe use in new applications.

Transport Service for Hazardous Material

We help our customers to manage Hazardous Waste transportation service. We have own fleet of 5 vehicles registered in with MPCB for transportation of Hazardous waste. We follow all the guidelines, rules and regulations of Pollution Control Board. We guarantee that our all vehicles are maintained to the highest safety standards.

Recycling of Scrap Plastic to Granules

The HDPE Drums which are not reusable and discarded will harm the environment if they are not properly recycled and disposed off. We recycle these plastic Scarp into granules by cleaning, crushing, they are fed into a recycling crusher machine. The shredder cuts the drums into smaller plastic granules. These granules are used as raw material for making new plastic products
